Here at Dawsonrentals Temperature Control Solutions we encourage our staff to grow with the business.

Six of the eight members of our Senior Management Team were internally promoted to their current position and for two of them we are their only employer. One being our Operations Director who was originally employed as a CAD Placement Student, taking a full time position with us on leaving University, the other our Service Manager who joined as a 16 year old Refrigeration Apprentice.

I had a wide range of responsibilities such as dealing with breakdowns, response times, repairs and service cycles as well as building good working relationships with customers. I was promoted to Operations Manager in December 2016, and quickly had to adapt to the added responsibilities of learning the transport and fleet side of the business. It’s been a challenge but one I have thoroughly enjoyed, no two days are the same and the diverse nature of the job is a real positive."
