Six of the eight members of our Senior Management Team were internally promoted to their current position and for two of them we are their only employer. One being our Operations Director who was originally employed as a CAD Placement Student, taking a full time position with us on leaving University, the other our Service Manager who joined as a 16 year old Refrigeration Apprentice.
