Dawsonrentals is proud of the fact that our infrastructure is unrivalled in the sector. We work to provide the highest standards of customer service in the market, to go above and beyond. We work with our customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships.

Consultation as standard

Our Project Development Managers (PDMs), work with our customers to identify solutions that improve the customer’s productivity and profitability. We do not tell our clients how to run their business, but offer a different perspective based on our market-leading knowledge and experience in addition to the knowledge that we have about our products.

Additional support comes from our in-house Projects, Technical and AutoCAD teams. We welcome all customers and prospective customers to visit our site at Sutton-in-Ashfield during normal working hours to meet the teams.

Before delivery to a customer, all units have a full refrigeration inspection. The unit is set up to each customer’s specific requirements. No delivery is made without a site survey, which requires a visit from a member of the Fleet or Project teams.

Delivery / Installation

Dawsonrentals employs its own drivers and support team (qualified slinger/signallers etc.) and operates its own delivery trucks, specialist trailers and escort vehicle to ensure a safe, efficient equipment installation causing minimal disruption to site operations.

Ongoing support

The Customer Service Desk is staffed 24/7 by Dawsonrentals employees. Refrigeration equipment is serviced twice a year, a full bodywork service is carried out at three years on longer term hires, with ancillary equipment serviced in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines.

Dawsonrentals also employs regional Customer Support Engineers as local support on any issues that may arise.
